• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, commercial operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross functional programs within a sales or go to market organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive level insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive accountability across senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and organizational skills.
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $154,900.00 to $278,700.00. Range is exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple high impact commercial operations workstreams, ensuring alignment to commercial priorities and overall sales strategy.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to define scope, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
• Serve as a central point of orchestration across initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and consistent communication.
• Drive action and accountability across stakeholders by establishing clear goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular progress reviews, executive readouts, and risk assessments to ensure initiatives remain on track.
• Proactively identify execution risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate issues and deliver against key sales objectives.
• Analyze program and sales performance using data driven insights to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and business impact.
• Develop clear, concise reporting and dashboards for executive leadership that highlight progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to optimize processes, improve productivity, and support revenue growth.
• Partner with Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall commercial effectiveness.
• Champion best practices in program management, measurement and enablement execution.
• Support change management efforts by ensuring adoption, clarity and sustained impact of enablement initiatives.
