Formal Education required:
- Paralegal education (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) a plus.

Serve as a shared administrative resource for Sales and Legal,
- supporting Sales and business executives with day‑to‑day administrative needs, including travel coordination, expense management, scheduling, and logistics.
- Provide direct administrative support to the central EMEA Legal function, including assistance with the administration of EMEA legal entities, coordination of filings and documentation, and support on other legal‑related administrative topics.
- Support the Munich site with general office administration and coordination, including front-desk coordination, large meeting preparations (all hands) onboarding support for new colleagues, data entry, other office operations - and overally making sure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and scheduling, including meetings, interviews, executive appointments, and multi‑party logistical arrangements (onsite and virtual).
- Coordinate and support team events, meetings, and business luncheons, both onsite and virtually, reserve conference rooms and equipment, print and prepare documents for meetings, assist in coordination and preparation for key meetings.
- Arrange and manage business travel, including bookings and itinerary coordination.
- Submit, track, and reconcile expense reports for supported executives and functions.
- Provide support for Purchase Requisitions.
- Provide a professional point of contact and general support for visitors, candidates, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and simple databases to support business and legal administrative needs.
- Provide backup support to reception and assist other functions as required to ensure smooth site operations.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as assigned.
- Provide front desk support as needed: Write and submit Purchase Orders for software and hardware, update org charts, maintain office supply inventory and ordering, new employee setup, business card ordering for new hires (PO and coordination with the employee), daily sorting of the incoming mail.
