The Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. This role involves conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing electrical issues, and collaborating with production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations. The technician also ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.

- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Additional certifications in equipment maintenance, semiconductor testing, or industrial safety are an advantage.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of tester equipment, particularly FETTEST, PowerTech, or similar automated wafer test systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical/assembly diagrams.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct equipment inspections and preventive maintenance according to established schedules.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance tasks.
• Assist in equipment installation, calibration, and upgrades as required.
