Education:
High school diploma, associate’s degree, or some college preferred.
Desired Experience:
- High school diploma, associate’s degree, or some college preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or facilities environment
- 2 years in a team leader role preferred
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with onsemi safety documentation requirements, including PTPs.
- Able to lift 30lbs and walk 1km.
- Able to wear required PPE, including face shield, apron, smock, and safety shoes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while dealing with shifting priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing facility.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with engineers and technician teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills. Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $30.77-$53.85 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Technical coordinator for decontamination contractor
- Technical coordinator for wastewater repairs and maintenance
- Wastewater bulk chemical and parts ordering and tracking
- Mechanical and laboratory work as needed
- Safety and operational documentation development, including agile updates.
- Support business processes to improve operational KPIs (PM on time completion, cost, and regulatory compliance).
- Cost reduction projects, including parts second sourcing.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, and company policies.
