Be responsible for semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test, test automation development and Lab equipment’s maintenance/repair.

- Master in electronics, electromechanical or equivalent。
- Have basic knowledge on discrete semiconductor product (MOSFET and IGBT) and module product.
- Have good use experience on general test equipment/tool, especially oscilloscope, pulse generator, power supply and multi-meter.
- Have basis on software design. Can make test automation software.
- Be familiar with English. Can communicate with foreign engineer.
- Positive work attitude (carefulness, patience, modest) and good cooperation spirit is especially important and critical.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform power semiconductor product’s electronic characterization test。
- Make automation software for Char test;
- Carry out Lab equipment’ repair, maintenance, buyoff and performance verification.
- Fabricate test bench, test fixture and test socket;
- Communicate with foreign engineer on semiconductor characterization test and related technique.
- Purchase equipment & spare part & tool and prepare related documents.
