Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join the Advanced Lifetime Technology Assessment Reliability team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity to apply AQG324 Power Cycle stress strategies as well as support additional reliability stress operations. You will be working in a multi-cultural, cross functional engineering team performing reliability evaluation of new drivetrain power module products for introduction into the electric vehicle automotive market. 5% travel both domestic and/or international is possible.
Performance Objectives:
• Manage and lead ATE Test Operation of the Reliability Lab consisting of Operators and Technicians.
• Drive the team to meet On‑Time Delivery by regularly monitoring that all Reliability requests progress per committed cycle time at the Electrical Testing process, including JEDEC Test Window or equivalent requirements.
• Provide Analog, Logic & Discrete ATE testing support for all device families tested across various Analog, Logic & Discrete testers.
• Manage test hardware and operations of ATE testers such as DTS tester, PFT tester, TESEC tester, and FET tester.
• Collaborate with BU Product and Test Engineering and Lab Engineering Operations on new product test hardware and setup requirements.
• Work closely with Vendors/Mfg TE/PE from test hardware design through fabrication to ensure readiness of test capability.
• Ensure all new test setup capabilities are in place according to committed timelines.
• Develop test programs or collaborate with Manufacturing / Product Test Engineering to create appropriate programs for Interface Hardware for units mounted on PCB cards.
• Perform failure verification using curve tracer and ensure timely disposition of electrical data and failure results.
• Work closely with Lab Operations to address product and equipment setup issues promptly with minimal delays.
• Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for all ATE testers to ensure repeatability, reproducibility, and overall measurement integrity for Reliability Lab electrical testing.
• Maintain an effective quality audit, appraisal, and reporting system to ensure deficiencies are identified and corrected promptly, driving continuous improvement.
• Drive quality system improvements toward proactive, anticipative, and preventive cultures.
• Consistently review and ensure lab compliance to Lab Specs, TS16949 Quality System, Calibration requirements, etc.
• Be safety‑minded regarding high‑power and other lab hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and microelectronic plus plus 5+ years in the relevant semiconductor industry.
•Experience in handling (maintenance, test development in hardware and programming) on Analog/Logic testers ( i.e DTS, PFT and ETS) & Discrete testers (i.e TESEC, FET) will be an advantage
Individual must be able to multi-task as an individual and in team environments.
• Laboratory experience with power semiconductor products (IGBT, Diode, MOSFET etc.) required.
• Individual must have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Individual must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills verbal as well as written (English).
