Job Summary:
Responsible for Test program management and Prober/Tester Qualification, monitoring and improvement to ensure reliability of electrical parameters measurements in Wafer probe operations in ISMF. Support on hold lot disposition related to Prober/Tester.

Requirements:
1. Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Microelectronics).
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in semiconductor / wafer fabrication.
1. Test Program, Control Map and Equipment Management
- Develop and maintain test programs, control maps, and probe/testing specifications.
- Qualify and support new tester/prober hardware and software, ensuring accurate electrical parameter measurements.
2. Troubleshooting and Cross-Functional Support
- Troubleshoot probing-related issues, analyze failing wafers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and resolution.
- Manage return wafers for re-probe and support PCM testing activities.
3. Quality, Improvement, and Cost Optimization
- Lead quality control initiatives (EFAR/IFAR/FMEA/CP), drive continuous improvement projects, and implement cost-saving measures through process automation and simplification.
