- Education
- Graduate of 5 year Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical technology course or equivalent
- Experience
- At least 2 years direct experience in Maintenance or Equipment Engineering
- Skills
- Preferably knowledgeable in automated test handler, testers and tape and reel equipment
- Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
- Provide analyses and modification of equipment, which will lead to continuous improvement in machine utilization, efficiency, losses and quality.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers changes and modification for institutionalization.
- Performs analyses on visual/mechanical rejects.
- Set up equipment and train technicians and operators on its operations and functions.
- Generate/establish/write operating specifications.
- Generate and maintain reports and records.
