1. Receives incoming raw materials such as wafers and leadframes (new and current)
● Receiving of wafers and any incoming devices will be at Warehouse Krenz Paras/Alfred Domingo
● Receiving of all new leadframes will be at Warehouse Krenz Paras/Alfred Domingo
● Log the received wafer in wafer inventory providing the Wafer Code
2. Receives lot card from the validator and log it in queue monitoring for releasing
3. Requests materials to be use (direct and indirect)
● Accomplishes Stock Requisition Slip upon each material request
● Issue materials to requestor/PE
4. Arrange all shipments
● email approval of SIF approved by Supervisor
● Accomplishes GTS Order and Gatepass
● In case of shipment to SGDC, requests manual transaction to Audit Analyst in moving lots to SMP8 and make request of Write on
● Prepares devices to be ship (transferring of devices to tray or plastic magazine, sealing and packing)
5. Sending of AWB and invoice to requestor via email.
6. Assists in monitoring each EBR lot status (FOL,EOL, Test and Post Test)
7. Unloading of WE lots at TRAK upon shipment
8. Tracks actual production starts versus committed start dates and monitors execution progress toward expected completion dates.
9. Communicates with Operations, NPI, Planning, Manufacturing, Shipping, and other support teams to ensure alignment of build schedules.

1. Engineering Technology graduate or equivalent
2. Ability to enter data into computer.
3. Computer literate in both Excel and Word.
4. Excellent math skills.
5. Good verbal and writing skills.
6. Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills to successfully complete a wide variety of complex job duties and responsibilities in a timely manner.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
8. Good communication skills to properly communicate complex information to peers and members of the management team.
