Key Roles
Management of Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production planning and Logistics.
- Performance management for team staff through KPI management
- Organization and talent development for IE and Planning and Logistics team and help other function teams.
Enhance IE and Planning and Logistics team capability by leading the following activities.
- Keep accurate capacity model by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing team
- Drive operational excellence based on good analysis and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing team
- Keep stable production plan for mid and short term
- Keep Delivery for internal/external customers
- Ensure material preparation for stable and effective production
- Manage receiving and shipping with import/export compliance
Various projects management.
Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as one of senior management.

Requirement
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially IE and planning (Supply chain management) over 10years.
- Business English skill (TOEIC >=700)
- University degree or above
- Preferred experience at foreign company

- Develop good relationships with stakeholders and internal/external peers.
