- Keep accurate capacity model by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing team
- Drive operational excellence based on good analysis and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing team
- Keep stable production plan for mid and short term
- Keep Delivery for internal/external customers
- Ensure material preparation for stable and effective production
- Manage receiving and shipping with import/export compliance
Various projects management.
Support factory strategy development for future growth and propose to stakeholders as one of senior management.

Requirement
- Experience in the semiconductor industry, especially IE and planning (Supply chain management) over 10years.
- Business English skill (TOEIC >=700)
- University degree or above
- Preferred experience at foreign company

Responsibilities
- Beat department KPI goals to contribute factory KPI and global SCM goals achievement.
- Deliver the commitment (such as schedule and performance) to gain stakeholders’ royalty.
- Report projects and/or task progress to stakeholders regularly
- Develop organization and talent to enhance team’s capabilities.
- Develop good relationships with stakeholders and internal/external peers.
