- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or any related courses
- Preferably with 2-3 years experience in capacity and planning
- Has experience in semiconductor manufacturing process
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, and Word
- With strong presentation and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure
- Develops, implements, and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimates manufacturing cost, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing
- Key person communicating with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes
- Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free Capacity improvement analysis
- Ensure enough man capacity to support customer demand
