onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the HR Technology Solutions Architecture team. As a Learning Management System (LMS) Digital Solutions Analyst, you will manage, optimize, and support organization's LMS, acting as a partner liaison working closely with HR/L&D stakeholders and IT development team members to translate business need to technical system requirements. You will ensure data integrity, configure system updates, analyze learning data, help troubleshoot issues escalated from support team and enhance user experience to maximize training effectiveness. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to obtain business process requirements and look for continuous improvements, to support the design and development of technical solutions to meet business needs within the technology framework available on the cloud platform.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Instructional Design or Computer Science or equivalent degree from an accredited international university
- 3+ years’ experience in business analysis or solutions architecture
- Understanding of learning management systems and learning & development business processes and techniques
- Experience a plus: Previous experience in LMS administration (e.g., Cornerstone, Saba, Sum Total, Canvas, TalentLMS) and business analysis.
- Technical Skills a plus: Proficiency in SQL for data management, SCORM/AICC standards and learning content delivery, and reporting tools.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Basic knowledge of Oracle SQL, Java Script, Excel macros, or Python is a plus
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain business systems and processes including setup, data migration, and configuration
- Point of escalation for incidents and requests
- Develop test cases to support user acceptance testing
- Document business processes including data flows and interfaces. Review and refine IT service catalog relevant to learning systems.
- Develop training materials, deliver training, and provide end-user guidance
- Review, analyze, and define “As Is” and “To Be” systems and processes
- Develop business process specifications, slides, diagrams, and flowcharts to move from the “As Is” state to the desired “To Be” state
- Collaborate with solution architects to finalize the design and obtain stakeholders buy in
- Execute to plan including milestones, timeline, KPIs, and status reporting
