We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Corporate Research and Development organization at our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work within the Device Center of Excellence, supporting the development of next‑generation semiconductor technologies at the most advanced BCD technology node in the market.
The intern will contribute to cutting‑edge device development activities, with a strong emphasis on integrating machine learning and AI techniques into the device development and optimization workflow. This role provides broad exposure to cross‑functional collaboration across multiple engineering and research teams.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in semiconductor device physics and technology development.
- Familiarity with data analysis, programming, or scripting (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar).
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Support new technology development activities for advanced BCD device platforms.
- Assist in device design, simulation, characterization, and analysis under guidance from senior device engineers and researchers.
- Contribute to the application of machine learning and AI methods to enhance device development, modeling, and optimization workflows.
- Analyze experimental and simulation data to extract insights and support technology decisions.
- Collaborate closely with a large, multidisciplinary team, including device, process, modeling, integration, and reliability engineers.
- Document results, prepare technical summaries, and present findings to the broader team as appropriate.
