Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced manufacturing operations including equipment setup, calibration, adjustment, and repair.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment, process, and product issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with engineers on experiments, process changes, and improvement activities.
- Analyze production and equipment data to support yield, quality, and efficiency improvements.
- Lead or support qualification activities for new tools, processes, or products.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on‑the‑job training to junior technicians.
- Support rework, quality testing, and validation of parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, EHS, and operational procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement, 5S, and problem‑solving initiatives.
