  • Provide reliability service to internal and external customers
  • Lab setup, equipment maintenance and related specifications.
  • Support day to day lab operations.

  • Education
    • B.S. degree preferably in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience
    • 3 years experiences in reliability lab is a plus.
    • Semiconductor assembly/test processes is a plus.
  • Skills
    • MS Office computer skill, good at English written and reading and speaking and listening.
    • Basic statistic concept and excel worksheet operation.


  • Responsible for day-to-day reliability operations. Maintain lab equipment to achieve optimum utilization and effectiveness.
  • Ensure lab operations meeting quality system requirement, and conformance to EHS/ESD requirements.
  • Prepare reliability report to related parties both internal and external.
  • Introduce and maintain reliability equipment and reliability system (ONRMS,CBMS,SPTS…).
  • Develop new reliability test methodologies and capabilities, research on accelerated reliability tests.
  • Drive FMDR (Failure Mode Driven Reliability) implementation.
  • Perform Reliability failures verification, Work with FA engineer and product engineer for carrying out analysis on reliability failure(s).
  • Manage calibrations and training and lab improvement actives
  • Performs review of incoming work requests
  • Prepares project plans, tasks list and priorities for Lab operations
  • Education
