- Education
- B.S. degree preferably in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience
- 3 years experiences in reliability lab is a plus.
- Semiconductor assembly/test processes is a plus.
- Skills
- MS Office computer skill, good at English written and reading and speaking and listening.
- Basic statistic concept and excel worksheet operation.
- Responsible for day-to-day reliability operations. Maintain lab equipment to achieve optimum utilization and effectiveness.
- Ensure lab operations meeting quality system requirement, and conformance to EHS/ESD requirements.
- Prepare reliability report to related parties both internal and external.
- Introduce and maintain reliability equipment and reliability system (ONRMS,CBMS,SPTS…).
- Develop new reliability test methodologies and capabilities, research on accelerated reliability tests.
- Drive FMDR (Failure Mode Driven Reliability) implementation.
- Perform Reliability failures verification, Work with FA engineer and product engineer for carrying out analysis on reliability failure(s).
- Manage calibrations and training and lab improvement actives
- Performs review of incoming work requests
- Prepares project plans, tasks list and priorities for Lab operations
- Education
