Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Account Manager to hunt for and secure new business opportunities while building personal and trusting relationships with assigned customers and internal business unit stakeholders.
As a member of onsemi’s Global Sales, Marketing, Business Operations & Planning team, our focus is on partnering with our customers and solving their everyday challenges by being experts in our segment, proactive in our field, ethical in our practices and collaborative in our processes.
This can be a very rewarding role with a lot of autonomy. As a Sales Account Managerr, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Develop and execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier at assigned customers.
- Present sales business plans to management and business unit leadership for alignment and support.
- Develop deep understanding of assigned customers’ commercial and technical requirements.
- Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments, as well as drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Lead and drive new business demand creation with Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers R&D and design centers.
- Present new onsemi technology and products to customers.
- Work closely and support business units on competitor analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
- Provide timely and accurate demand and revenue forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.

Requirements:
· Above 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles; fresh graduates with strong interest in the Power, Renewable, Automotive or semiconductor industry are welcome.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and willingness to learn in a matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical, learning, and execution capability, with interest in account management and customer-facing roles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus for local customer interaction.
- Basic understanding or academic exposure to power electronics, EV systems, or semiconductors is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and motivation to develop a long-term career in Power, Renewable, automotive sales or business development
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies and operational plans for Tier 1 AI, renewable, automotive customer, working closely with product lines and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in account and regional planning activities through customer engagement, basic competitive analysis, and coordination with customers and distributors.
- Participate in Design-Win and Design-In activities for existing and new product families, helping to generate demand within Tier 1 automotive accounts.
- Contribute to revenue growth and expansion of onsemi’s product content at Tier 1 customers by supporting alignment with platform requirements in power, renewable, automotive applications.
- Support relationship building with key customers and help communicate onsemi’s value proposition through presentations, follow-ups, and regular interactions.
