The Corporate Services & Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for leading sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract lifecycle execution across a broad portfolio that includes IT, Cybersecurity, Software, Hardware, Logistics, Professional Services, Facilities, MRO, Travel, and other indirect categories. The role requires a multidisciplinary procurement leader capable of supporting both technical (IT/cyber) and operational (logistics/facilities) domains, while driving process efficiencies, digital transformation, and next-generation procurement capabilities.

Must-Have:
- Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in Procurement, including Direct Materials, IT and Non‑IT categories.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, supply chain, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong experience negotiating contracts in different business spaces, such as electronic components, services, software, SaaS, cybersecurity, and IT.
- Demonstrated success managing suppliers and driving cost savings across diverse categories.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using procurement systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
Peferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- CPSM, CSCP, or similar procurement certification.
- Experience in semiconductor, health, automotive, industrial, or high‑tech industries.
- Global sourcing experience, including tax, logistics, brokerage, and cross‑regional supplier management.
- Familiarity with AI‑driven procurement, automation technologies, and contract intelligence tools. i.e. Coupa eSourcing or similar, Power Bi, Tableau, etc.
Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and leverage opportunities in the procurement of indirect services.
Contract Management: Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to renewal or termination.
Policy Development: Develop and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Sustainability: Promote sustainable sourcing practices and contribute to the company’s sustainability goals.
