Job Purpose
- To handle reliability test loading / unloading and electrical test and assist technician / engineer on data collection to achieve efficient, accurate reliability result, and improve the 5S, ESD and EHS performance.

Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certificate in electronic, physics or other relevant fields
- 电子、物理或其他相关领域的文凭或职业证书
- Basic English language skill to be capable to read and write brief email.

- Basic office software (Word / Excel) skills.

- Relevant experience in semiconductor preferred. Fresh graduate will be considered with basic knowledge of electronic

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs loading and unloading of samples for rel tests to and from the reliability chambers before and after each reliability stress in conformance to Lab operating guidelines and standard procedures.
- 依据实验室操作流程要求负责处理每次可靠性测试前后烘箱里的样品拿取。
- Performs electrical test for reliability samples before and after each reliability stress.
- 负责可靠性样品实验前后的电特性测试
- Performs transactions in ONRMS accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
- 负责ONRMS系统准确及时的跟新以确保可靠性测试样品的可追溯性。
- Performs equipment daily checks and records
- 负责设备的日检和记录
- Support day to day lab operations.
- 支持日常的实验室操作
- Always practice 5S requirement, ESD protection, EHS rules to improve the efficiency quality and safety of lab operation.
- 始终实行5S要求，ESD保护，EHS规则，提高实验室操作的效率质量和安全性
