- Diploma/Associate’s/Bachelors (preferred) in ECE/EE/ME/Mechatronics (or equivalent experience); 2+ years in semiconductor test, electronics manufacturing, or ATE/handler maintenance.
- Knowledge: Electrical/electronic fundamentals, pneumatics, mechanics, ESD controls, safe LOTO.
- Tools: basic SPC, DMM/oscilloscope, crimping/soldering, torque tools.
- Documentation: Clear English (and local language) documentation; WI/PM log discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Platform experience: [e.g., Teradyne Eagle, Powertech, ASL1K, SRM andCohu/Multitest handlers].
- Experience with contact resistance management, socket life, vision systems,
- Familiarity with MES, traceability, barcode systems, and golden device management.
- Certifications: IPC soldering, ESD, LOTO, forklift/pallet jack (if required), basic metrology.
- Diagnose and repair ATE/handler/prober issues (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, thermal, interface).
- Perform changeovers, load board/contact kit care, socket change, alignment, and correlation checks.
- Contain and escalate inline quality issues; support DOEs, GRRs, R&Rs, and golden device management.
- Execute scheduled PMs, calibrations, verifications; log work in Camstar/iTV with full traceability.
- Monitor machine alarms; respond to iTV downs; drive MTTR down with robust fault isolation.
- Track and improve MUBA, First-Pass Yield, Uptime, Repeat Assist rate.
- Own 5S, ESD compliance, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safety hazard reporting.
- Maintain spares, order critical parts, and collaborate on BOM/consumables min-max.
- Update work instructions (WIs), PM checklists, and one-point lessons; train peers.
- Participate in RCCA, 8D, FMEAs; implement corrective actions and verify effectiveness.
- Support audits (internal, customer, ISO/IATF) with records and instrument traceability.
