The Lab Technician position provides hands‑on technical support within a laboratory environment, contributing to engineering and testing activities and ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory equipment and processes.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred

1-2 years of experience working in a lab (preferred)

PCB design tools: Cadence SPB (Capture CIS, Allegro PCB Editor) or other equivalent

Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs

PCB reworking skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to write correspondence and reports

Excellent organizational skills

This role is classified under Italian Law 68/99 and is intended for candidates belonging to the protected categories.


Supports engineering activities such as design, test, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype systems, experimental design circuitry or specialized test equipment. Prepare and supervise experiments.

Originate, develop, and check electrical schematics & printed circuit board layouts and associated details, assemblies, and bills-of-material as assigned. Rework on assemblies and/or systems.

Perform routine and non-routine tests and analyses using the appropriate technical equipment and instruments.

Create and maintain component parts databases, using pertinent database systems. Receive or collect, as well as process, samples

Maintain equipment in proper working order and maintain a clean work area and recommends the selection of equipment and systems.

Perform quality control and calibrate equipment if necessary and assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
