Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking an energetic, highly organized individual in Industrial Engineer position for the following tasks.
- Performs and evaluates work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities.
- Develops capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.
- Provides product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices.
- Evaluates new techniques and technological developments for inclusion in the production process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Analyze current workflows and production processes to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering methodologies.
- Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, and productivity assessments.
- Track KPIs such as throughput, cycle time, downtime, and resource utilization.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Project Management
- Lead or participate in improvement projects focused on quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-department communication.
- Cost & Resource Optimization
- Develop cost‑benefit analyses for improvement proposals.
