- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing or technician experience.
- Able to work independently with moderate supervision.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality requirements.
- Willingness to work shift schedules as required by operations.
- Perform manufacturing operations including equipment set‑up, calibration, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support production by conducting rework, inspection, and quality testing on parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Collect, monitor, and evaluate process or equipment data to support on‑line adjustments and stable production output.
- Assist engineers in experiments, trials, and process improvement activities.
- Follow established work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Identify abnormal conditions, escalate issues appropriately, and support root cause analysis activities.
- Maintain accurate records related to production, equipment activities, and quality checks as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean or productivity activities at the technician level
