Job Description/ Mô Tả Công Việc:
Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks involved in evaluating work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and the utilization of production facilities. Develops and recommends procedures and methods and prepares technical reports and documentation. Performs technical evaluations of events to determine root cause; recommends corrective action.
Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các kỹ sư trong nhiều nhiệm vụ kỹ thuật khác nhau, liên quan đến việc đánh giá đo lường công việc và phân tích luồng công việc nhằm thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn và tối ưu hóa việc sử dụng thiết bị, dây chuyền sản xuất. Phát triển và đề xuất các quy trình, phương pháp làm việc; đồng thời chuẩn bị các báo cáo kỹ thuật và tài liệu liên quan. Thực hiện đánh giá kỹ thuật các sự cố để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ và đề xuất các hành động khắc phục.

Assist in validating M2M and T2M with work measurement and productivity follow-up.
Hỗ trợ xác nhận M2M và T2M thông qua hoạt động đo lường công việc và theo dõi năng suất.

Assist in the preparation of an area for machine transfer, process change and new project expansion including layout, facility/utility change
Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị khu vực sản xuất cho việc chuyển máy, thay đổi quy trình và mở rộng dự án mới, bao gồm bố trí mặt bằng (layout) và thay đổi hạ tầng/tiện ích (facility/utility).

Update reports and systems as daily/weekly/monthly basis
Cập nhật báo cáo và hệ thống theo định kỳ hằng ngày / hằng tuần / hằng tháng.

Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy
Tuân thủ và thực hiện đầy đủ các quy trình theo chính sách an ninh của công ty.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification/ Trình Độ

Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Management Systems Engineering from College or University
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp / Kỹ thuật Cơ khí / Kỹ thuật Hệ thống Quản lý.

Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools (e.g. work measurement, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, line balancing, etc.)
Có hiểu biết và khả năng áp dụng đa dạng các công cụ Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp như: đo lường công việc, lập lưu đồ quy trình, thiết kế nhà xưởng & trạm làm việc, cân bằng chuyền, v.v. - Open for fresh graduates

- Strong attention to detail when updating systems and reports
Cẩn thận, chú ý đến chi tiết khi cập nhật hệ thống và báo cáo.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc.
- Able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
Có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả với nhân viên ở mọi cấp độ.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; AutoCAD skills are required
Thành thạo Microsoft Office; yêu cầu có kỹ năng AutoCAD.
- Experience in report automation and data collection is an added advantage
Có kinh nghiệm tự động hóa báo cáo và thu thập dữ liệu là một lợi thế.
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
