Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for performing production operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are met. This role supports daily manufacturing activities through machine operation, basic equipment monitoring, housekeeping, and adherence to company policies and safety standards

Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old, in compliance with labor laws
- SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent (any field)
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends
- Physically fit to work in a manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform production operations as instructed and in accordance with SOP and work instructions
- Operate manufacturing machines and equipment safely and efficiently
- Meet required production output, quality, and scrap goals
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to supervisor
- Perform basic machine set‑up, cleaning, and simple maintenance tasks under guidance
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
- Maintain good housekeeping and comply with 5S and safety rules
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and EHS requirements
- Support other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
