Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Technical Degree would be a plus but can be substituted with relevant experience.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- 8+ years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong business sense with an ability to work independently.
- Self-starter, team player and able to prioritize a dynamic list of multiple tasks.
- Ability to tactfully deal with multiple business functions and cultures around the world.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Highly motivated analytic thinker and problem solver with a passion to win.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
- P&L Management experience preferred.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead products throughout entire lifecycle to ensure product financial plans are met.
- Maintain clear and timely communication around the health of the product line across all levels of the organization.
- Drive outstanding operational execution over the lifecycle of our products – from development to end-of-life.
- Promote internal awareness and updates regarding product line strategy and milestones.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across several geographies.
- Work closely with Business Unit Planning to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research.
- Perform ad hoc analysis for senior management on relevant metrics of the product line.
- Develop communications to clearly convey operational changes, including product updates, transfers, and product obsolescence.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively address and resolve operational support issues.
- Support Finance with business input on quarter close activities.
