- Fresh graduate or minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in electronics, semiconductor or solid state physics is preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literate especially in MS Office
- Lot disposition, follow up on evaluation lots, analysis on scrap wafers and coordinate simple engineering experiments
- Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD
- Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors
- Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues
- Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency
- Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers
- Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
- Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS.
