The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing onsemi’s business with Samsung and key distribution partners in Korea. This role requires strong semiconductor industry experience, solid technical background, and proven leadership to drive strategic account growth while building a high‑performing, collaborative team with strong harmony and ownership.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Korea
- Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and applications
- Proven account management and leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to build long‑term strategic customer relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Korean; strong business English required
Preferred
- Experience with Samsung, Korean OEMs/Tier‑1s, or distribution partners
- Automotive, industrial, power, or analog semiconductor background
- Engineering degree (Electrical/Electronics/Semiconductor)
