- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant process engineering or manufacturing experience.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
- Strong experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and statistical data analysis.
- Hands‑on experience using quality and improvement tools (e.g. SPC, DOE, FMEA, Pareto, Fishbone).
- Proficient in data analysis software (e.g. Minitab, Excel, or equivalent).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to improve manufacturing processes, reduce variation, and eliminate waste.
- Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable corrective actions aligned with business goals.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret process data using statistical tools to identify root causes and drive data‑based decisions.
- Develop and monitor process metrics (e.g. yield, cycle time, cost, quality) to measure performance and improvement effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Operations) to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support process standardization, documentation, and control plans to ensure long‑term process stability.
- Facilitate problem‑solving sessions, Kaizen activities, and improvement workshops as required.
- Provide guidance and coaching to engineers, technicians, and operators on Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and operational guidelines.
