- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
- Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination with manufacturing.
- Communicate with Capacity Planner for any capacity changes.
- Maintain accurate capacity models for capacity declaration, long term/short term, Supply Review Analysis and Free capacity improvement analysis.
- Ensure enough capacity to support customer demand.

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2–3 years of experience in capacity and planning.
- Knowledgeable in semiconductor manufacturing process.
- Computer proficient and with excellent communication skills.
- With strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure.
