- Target Customer: HKMC and HKMC’s Tier1s related to xEV applications. (Traction, Converter, Aux, etc)
- Provide Product based application technical support for onsemi’s High Power products (MOSFET, IGBT, SiC discrete and module) for xEV applications (HEV, EV, PHEV, FCEV, 48V) – Analog signal based simulation capabilities, Discrete/Module Reliability test
- Perform troubleshooting in HW system level bench testing and design optimization/tuning for customers R&D on automotive applications.
- Provide on-site technical and application support of HKMC for xEV module testing.
- Conduct technical presentations and product training to customer on High power MOSFET/IGBT products.

- At least 5~8 years experiences working as FAE or AE of high-power products (discrete, and/or power modules).
- Preference on understanding high power module package design experience and knowledge.
- Preference on working as AE(Application Engineer) of Power Semiconductor Product.
- Experienced in providing on-site technical support for customers like the troubleshooting and design review of customer xEV system (Traction inverter, 48V, OBC)
- Proven success in working as new products definition for next generation products & Field Application support for opportunity and maintain good relationship with potential customers.
- Good in communication skills with fluent English and MS Excel/Power Point presentation.
- Self-motivated, customer orientated, solid team player, well organized with strong sense of responsibility and possess a strong commitment to excellent.
