The Lab Technician will be responsible for board rework, BGA replacement, supporting board bring-up, and assisting with packing of shipments to GDC. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Technician, Lab, and Test & Tune Manager on various tasks as required.
- Supports Test and Tune of headboards, demo boards, adapter board and Use Case Demo.
- Delivers demo board Test and Tune in accordance with the document and weekly plan.
- Ensures demo board Test and delivery meets onsemi’s quality specifications.
- Debug and repair boards referring to documents.
- Work with the Lab manager in up-keep of the lab, raw material inventory.

Education:
- Diploma or ITI (Electronics is preferred)

Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5+ years of technician work, should have worked extensively on board testing, rework and BGA replacement.
- Having knowledge of PCB and PCA process flows, hand-on or directly involved in the assembly is desirable.
- Has hands-on experience on board bring-up and testing.
- Has ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment while maintaining a positive outlook.
- Should be a quick learner, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.
- Having knowledge of production, quality, maintenance in an advantage
- Should have decent analytical and Problem solving skills.
