onsemi is currently seeking a Financial Analyst or Accountant to join Cebu organization. In this role, the Accountant will help support accounting and finance functions including financial analysis, planning & forecasting, cost modelling and is flexible to do also statutory and other government reporting for compliance and perform other functions that may be requested of as deemed necessary.

- BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA, preferred.
- 0 to 2+ years of Accounting/Finance experience
- Team player and can collaborate with other functional teams
- Experience in Oracle (Cloud), preferred.
- Strong communication skills, articulate, and able to explain clearly.
- Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Access, Word, PowerPoint.
- Support monthly close process and reporting.
- Support Costing Analysis, P&L forecasting and variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap.
- Support other requests that may be deemed necessary
