Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Senior Manager for a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility (Fab), this role holds full responsibility for defining and executing manufacturing strategy and overseeing all Fab operations. The position is accountable for ensuring stable 24/7/365 Fab operations while continuously improving Productivity, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQDC). Reporting to the General Manager, the role drives manufacturing excellence aligned with corporate strategy and business plans.

Required Qualifications
Must Have:
More than 10 years of manufacturing experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication facility.
Solid working knowledge across multiple major process areas such as Lithography, Etch, Diffusion, and CMP.
At least 5 years of management experience leading multiple teams and shift organizations.
Proven track record of performance improvement using Fab KPIs such as utilization, cycle time, and yield.
Hands-on experience in manufacturing budget management and operating cost reduction.
Ability to conduct business in English with global stakeholders and overseas Fabs. (equivalent to TOEIC 800 or higher).
Nice to Have:
Manufacturing management experience in advanced-node or high-volume production Fabs.
Experience with MES/CIM system operation, improvement, or transformation.
Knowledge or certification in Lean, IE, TPS, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and accountability for manufacturing operations across multiple process areas and shift organizations within the Fab.
Develop and execute manufacturing strategies and annual operating plans aligned with business objectives and factory policies.
Ensure stable supply and maximize productivity through effective production planning, WIP control, and capacity management.
Own and drive improvement of key Fab KPIs including tool utilization, cycle time, yield, and scrap rate.
Lead manufacturing decision-making and risk management for new product introductions, process changes, and equipment installations.
Prepare and manage manufacturing budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses to enhance cost competitiveness.
Serve as the final decision authority during process excursions, equipment issues, and quality incidents, and lead recurrence prevention activities.
Drive Fab-wide optimization in collaboration with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Production Control, and Quality Assurance organizations.
Develop, evaluate, and retain management talent within a large-scale manufacturing organization, including succession planning.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, legal regulations, and internal policies, while fostering a strong safety culture.
