Job Description
This is as an opportunity to be a part of the Intelligent sensing group (ISG) at onsemi to bring up, validate and ensure mass production of mixed signal image sensors in the Product Engineering team.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
- 10+ years’ relevant industry experience in bench validation or characterization of both analog and digital blocks.
- Experience with statistical tools like JMP or equivalent for yield enhancement activities.
- Experience with leading teams, good communication skills and delivering high quality projects on time.
- Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors, optics is a plus.
- Previous work on domains other than characterization & validation like board design, analog/digital design, verification, DFT pattern generation is a plus.
- Good understanding of silicon bring-up, production test flows, usage of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, VB, Python)
- Knowledge on MIPI, SERDES is a plus.

Performance Objectives:
- Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule
- Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team
- Create comprehensive plans for prioritizing technical and resourcing challenges
- Define product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers
- Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
- Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues
- Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required
