- Support layout analysis and evaluations for production lines and work areas
- Assist in headcount (HC) analysis and manpower requirement calculations
- Help validate MMR, OEE, and UPH based on established standards
- Participate in time studies and standard setting activities
- Collect, analyze, and validate production data for IE reports
- Support productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare basic reports and presentations for IE and operations reviews
- Follow established IE methods, tools, and standards

Education
- BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience (internships or OJT considered)
- Exposure to manufacturing or production environments is an advantage
Skills
- Basic understanding of:
- Layout and process flow analysis; Autocad
- Manpower and capacity calculations
- MMR, OEE, and UPH concepts
- Proficient in Excel and basic data analysis
- Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
