- Manage electrical characteristics and yield of assigned semiconductor devices
- Define and track KPIs related to process integration and yield improvement for high-volume manufacturing
- Collaborate with FAB and Unit Probe teams to resolve device-related issues
- Support quality issue resolution and product-related projects
- Evaluate and implement new devices and processes into mass production
- Analyze die failure mechanisms and propose corrective actions
- Monitor and improve device reliability and performance through data analysis and SPC tools

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Interest in the semiconductor or power semiconductor industry
- No restrictions on overseas travel
