Semiconductor failure analysis and FA English report writing.
-. FIB/SEM/EDX.
-. Deprocessing (De-cap, Delayer, etc.)
-. C-SAM(SAT) & X-Ray.
-. Engineer job support.
- Failure Analysis Engineering Support.
(Semiconductor Chip Wet/Dry Etching, SEM, FIB, EDX, Ion milling).
- FA Lab (Analysis Lab) analysis equipment maintenance.
- FA Lab (Analysis Lab) equipment malfunction repair.
- Regular preventive maintenance activities (5S).
- Consumables management and cost reduction activities.
- Equipment improvement and capacity enhancement activities.
- Troubleshooting aging analysis equipment.
- Chemical (Acids, Solvents) management.
- Document processing. Must be proficient in Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and lab computing systems. - Ability to work 2 shifts (Day 06:00 ~ 14:00, Swing 14:00 ~ 22:00).

2. Experience
- 2+ years of semiconductor FA analysis equipment maintenance and FA experience
- Language proficiency (English) TOEIC score of 500 or higher.
3. Education & Other
- Associate's degree
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering major
- Electrical/Electronic related certification (extra points)
- FIB/SEM/EDX experience
