This opportunity offers a chance to join the Intelligent Sensing Group (ISG) at onsemi within the Product Engineering team, contributing to the bring-up, validation, and mass production of mixed-signal image sensors. Selected candidates will be responsible from driving the product from definition phase to market release.

Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in Electronics ,Electrical or related discipline;
- 5+ years’ relevant industry experience in bench validation or characterization of both analog and digital blocks.
- Experience with statistical tools like JMP, datapower or equivalent for yield enhancement activities.
- good communication and written skills and delivering high quality projects on time.
- Previous work experience with CMOS image sensors is a plus.
- Previous work on domains other than characterization & validation like board design, analog/digital design, verification, DFT pattern generation is a plus.
- Good understanding of silicon bring-up, production test flows, usage of lab equipment like oscilloscopes, signal generator, logic analyzer, etc.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. C, VB, Python)

Performance Objectives:
- Drive development of new products that satisfy demands for cost/performance and development schedule
- Seek new ideas, develop innovation and creativity throughout the team
- Work with NPD teams to develop validation and test plans
- Execution of product validation requirements by working with cross functional teams, including Design, DFT, and Test Engineers
- Team oriented with can do attitude, enthusiastic in solving challenging issues
- Must have confidence to act quickly and decisively when required
