- Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical Engineering , Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in post-silicon validation, characterization, or bench validation of semiconductor products, including analog, digital, and mixed-signal blocks.
- Strong understanding of silicon bring-up, debug methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
- Experience developing and executing validation and characterization plans to verify product functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation, data collection, analysis, and validation workflow development.
- Experience working with common hardware interfaces and protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, MIPI, USB, or similar interfaces.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive issues to closure.
- Demonstrated ability to seek new ideas, drive innovation, and contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with image sensor validation, characterization, and debug is preferred.
- Knowledge of CMOS image sensor architecture, MIPI CSI-2, image quality characterization, sensor calibration, and optical validation is a plus.
- Exposure to pre-silicon activities such as design verification, FPGA prototyping, or emulation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with validation automation frameworks, statistical data analysis, and characterization across voltage, process, and temperature corners is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and technical leadership skills, including the ability to mentor junior engineers.

- Build and maintain validation platforms, test setups, and automation frameworks.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of silicon, hardware, firmware, and system-level issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Verification, Firmware, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing.
- Analyze validation results, document findings, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
- Contribute to validation methodology, automation, and process improvements.
- Drive innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support product qualification and customer issue investigations as needed
