Hands-on technician role performing troubleshooting, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous improvement on semiconductor manufacturing test equipment to sustain uptime, yield, and output. Partners with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch, MUBA/MTBF targets, quality compliance, and audit readiness.

•Completed a 3-year Electronics or Technology course, preferably Mechatronics or equivalent
•With at least 3 years of experience in various test platforms: Teradyne M/IFLEX, Advantest T2000, ETS 800/364
•Knowledgeable in Electronics Circuit Analysis
•Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Team player, with good communication skills
•Can work independently with minimum supervision
•Analyze the root cause of equipment/HW failures to minimize occurrence
•Design and implement modification and improvements as a preventive measure and detection
•Responsible for in-depth equipment/HW repair and troubleshooting
•Implement effective PM system and accuracy of calibration
•Perform periodic preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipment/HW
•Initiate projects to improve the system and address cycle time
•Perform in-depth isolation, debugging, troubleshooting and repair of test hardware (Loadboard, Probecards, Contactors, etc), Device Wont Pass (DWP) and Test Program issues
•Provide immediate resolution and recommendation to resolve current and recurring line and device issues
•Perform periodic review of current procedures and processes to improve equipment/HW availability and reliability
•Create automations, programs and scripts to improve quality, uptime and cycle time
•Create and implement program to increase uptime and OEE and reduce MTTR and jam rate
•Qualify and release of new equipment/HW
•Transfer, install and de-install equipment
