Key Responsibilities
- Own and govern capacity planning models to ensure accurate short- and long-term capacity, demand support, and supply readiness.
- Lead productivity, OEE, and cost improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
- Set and maintain IE standards (time standards, staffing models, methodologies) and ensure consistent application across manufacturing.
- Support NPI and operational changes by validating capacity, cycle times, and resource requirements.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support operational and management decision-making.
- Mentor and guide other Industrial Engineers and act as the IE technical point of contact for cross-functional teams.

Education
- BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Experience
- 5–8 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
(semiconductor experience preferred) - Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, productivity improvement, and IE analytics
- Experience leading projects or serving as a technical IE lead
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Capacity and demand analysis
- Work measurement and time standards
- OEE, productivity, and cost modeling
- Process flow and bottleneck analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis/reporting tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, planning systems) is a plus
