Hands-on technician role performing troubleshooting, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous improvement on semiconductor manufacturing test equipment to sustain uptime, yield, and output. Partners with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch, MUBA/MTBF targets, quality compliance, and audit readiness.

•Completed a 3-year Electronics or Technology course, preferably Mechatronics or equivalent
•With at least 3 years of experience in various test platforms: Teradyne M/IFLEX, Advantest T2000, ETS 800/364
•Knowledgeable in Electronics Circuit Analysis
•Able to read and interpret schematic diagrams
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•Team player, with good communication skills
•Can work independently with minimum supervision
· Production Line support for equipment in assigned area.
· Repair and analyze hardware failure for improvements.
· Assists in new equipment setup, resolution of major equipment/hardware problems and equipment/hardware restoration.
· Assists in the development of projects to improve equipment performance, prolong life of parts, and management of spares.
· Assists in the development of preventive maintenance schedule, procedure, checklists, buy-off and specifications.
· Assists in the analysis and resolution of customer issues
· Mentor production operator and assists in skills-up training and certification
· Maintain good housekeeping and good practice of safety protocols in assigned area
