The Communications Analyst position supports the development and execution of strategic, executive and confidential communications that are critical to onsemi’s business operations. This role partners closely with Communications leadership and cross functional stakeholders to deliver high impact messaging related to executive priorities, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise initiatives, employee news and organization wide programs.

The position requires strong judgment, discretion and the ability to translate complex or sensitive information into clear, aligned communications for internal audiences. The Communications Analyst is responsible for supporting company wide internal communications and ensuring messaging is consistent, accurate and aligned with onsemi’s brand and strategic objectives.

This role is part of the Global Brand and Communications team within Corporate Marketing and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The position reports to the Communications Manager and is part of a high-achieving, fun and close-knit team within Global Brand and Communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing communications or agency environments (or a master’s degree with relevant experience)
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast paced environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, video/audio editing tools or digital content creation is a plus
• Experience working in a large, complex or technical organization preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
• Self starter with a proactive, service oriented mindset and strong editorial judgment
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and balancing competing priorities




• Draft, edit and coordinate confidential and business critical communications, ensuring accuracy, appropriate handling and adherence to governance and approval processes.
• Exercise sound judgment when managing communications involving legal sensitivity, confidential information or reputational risk.
• Support executive level communications, including leadership messaging, M&A related communications, sensitive enterprise initiatives, restricted distribution content and senior leader visibility efforts.
• Develop and refine executive messaging to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with corporate priorities and brand standards.
• Support content planning and execution for All Hands Meetings and leadership programs.
• Contribute to strategic communications planning, supporting content development, messaging guidance and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• Help define and evolve organizational messaging frameworks and leadership narratives that reinforce enterprise priorities and the onsemi brand.
• Produce thought leadership content that supports consistent messaging standards and best practices across the organization.
• Design and promote community building communications engaging more than 24,000 employees across 90+ global sites.
• Work closely with teams across onsemi to ensure open, accurate and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Support updates and enhancements to onsemi’s internal digital channels, including SharePoint, to improve accessibility, understanding and engagement.
• Manage employee feedback and communications inboxes and coordinate responses as appropriate.
• Partner with global communications managers to align internal communications with external announcements, leadership messaging and enterprise events.
