Result driven Technician with hands on experience in Ismeca Handler Tester operation in ETS300, Power tech and PFT, seeking to leverage technical expertise in equipment setup, troubleshooting. Requirements:
· Diploma in Electrical and Electronic, Mechatronic and Electrotechnical
· Relevant experience in semiconductor test preferred
· Basic understanding of tape and reel handler
· Excellent written and spoken English skills
·
Follow Standard operating procedures SOP and safety guideline at all time
Operate and maintain Ismeca handler tester to ensure smooth and efficient production Floor
Perform machine setup, conversion and parameter adjustment according to product requirement
Trouble shoot equipment issue and implement corrective action to minimize downtime
Ensure proper documentation of machine performance, issues and maintenance activities
Monitor machine performance and yield ensuring compliance with quality standard
