1. Responsible for the key supply chain metrics (such as OTD, revenue) related to the product group.
2. Order Manage processes (Demand schedule and improvement, production plan creation, capacity review, lead-time maintain, manufactory expedite process, manual schedule order, Delinquency Review etc.) and activities for respective products.
3. Quality System compliance.
4. Communicate Customer demand and supply issues.
5. Optimize Global Customer order On Time Delivery.
6. Interface between Key Touch Points (such as Manufacturing, Customer Specialists, BU Planning Manager, Sales and Marketing, Engineering etc.

1. BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, and 2~3 years manufactory planning related experience is a plus.
2. Data analytical, Problem Solving Skills, and Supply Chain System related knowledge (such as Oracle, I2, JDA, SAP etc.) is a plus.
3. Supply Chain Understanding, know how to get demand and provide supply, know BOM, LT, cycle time etc.
4. Organizational & Time Management Skills.
5. Multitasking Skills under pressure.
6. Verbal and Written Communication and Presentation Skills.
7. Ability to Organize and Coordinate at a Global Level.
8. Ability to Work with Cross Functional Teams.
9. Understanding of manufacturing production process.
10. Strong oral and written English skills.
11. Strong local language skills.
