Qualifications

  • Education
    • B.S. degree preferably in electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience
    • 7 years experiences in reliability lab is a plus.
    • Semiconductor assembly/test processes is a plus.
  • Skills
    • MS Office computer skill, good at English written and reading and speaking and listening.
    • Basic statistic concept and excel worksheet operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day reliability operations. Maintain lab equipment to achieve optimum utilization and effectiveness.
  • Ensure lab operations meeting quality system requirement, and conformance to EHS/ESD requirements.
  • Prepare reliability report to related parties both internal and external.
  • Introduce and maintain reliability equipment and reliability system (ONRMS,CBMS,SPTS…).
  • Develop new reliability test methodologies and capabilities, research on accelerated reliability tests.
  • Drive FMDR (Failure Mode Driven Reliability) implementation.
  • Perform Reliability failures verification, Work with FA engineer and product engineer for carrying out analysis on reliability failure(s).
  • Manage calibrations and training and lab improvement activities
  • Performs review of incoming work requests
  • Prepares project plans, tasks list and priorities for Lab operations
  • Gain a full understanding of the automotive reliability specifications and guidelines including AQG324. familiar with the AQG324 PCT test methodology, able to configure, assemble, and debug power cycle test systems for lifetime assessment. In charge the PCT related RTC review/traffic control, technical meetings and 3rd party lab test management / technical compliance.
  • Support stress methods and data collection to be utilized in the evaluation of new products. New test method development and 3rd party lab readiness / technical compliance.
