We are seeking a Senior Engineer – PCB Layout Design to lead and execute complex PCB layout activities for high-reliability electronic products. This role requires deep technical expertise in high-speed, high-density, and multi-layer PCB designs, strong cross-functional collaboration with NPI, BU, and manufacturing teams. Ensuring design quality, reliability, and manufacturability.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating product development cycles, reducing design iterations, and meeting overall product quality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably major in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer
Hands-on PCB layout design experience in high-speed digital, power electronics, and mixed-signal PCB layouts.
Familiar with PCB development software tools
Working knowledge of Graphics software and Analog/Digital circuits PCB design requirements.
Working knowledge on Windows application software (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Participate in ATE roadmap definition & execution process to implement cost efficient ATE infrastructure & cost optimized.
Experience with Teradyne and Advantest Test System, Discrete and High Voltage Products may be an advantage.
Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead complex layout efforts.
Effective collaboration across multi-disciplinary and global teams


Lead PCB layout design for complex multi-layer boards for both probe and final testing applications
Develop and enforce design rules, constraints, and layout standards.
Collaborate closely with hardware design, BU, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
Reviews with PCB vendors and assembly partners.
Resolve layout-related issues during prototype, validation, and production phases.
Generates library symbols/decals, bill of materials, and request for fabrication (QRF) document.
Generates Gerber and Drill files for PCB Fabrication and verify/check.
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis activities.
