- Night Shift 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + every other Saturday
- Night Shift 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + every other Saturday
- Shift Differential: 15%

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or related field preferred Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Willingness to work night shifts and adjust schedules for training or business needs
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, vacuum technology, and plasma physics. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Exposure to semiconductor fabrication processes (Implant, Etch, Thin Films, etc.)
- Experience with vacuum systems, RF systems, or robotics
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, electronics troubleshooting, or mechanical systems
- Familiarity with Furnace semiconductor process modules and equipment (e.g., Asm, Tel)

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $23.51-$41.06 per hour exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. - Perform routine and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues using schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), including cleaning, calibration, and parts replacement
- Partner with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and process efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system performance in tracking systems and logs
- Assist with installation, qualification, and ramp-up of new equipment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and help implement best practices across departments
- Follow strict safety protocols while working with hazardous materials, chemicals, and high-voltage systems
- Support equipment uptime by ensuring kits are properly prepared, inspected, and staged for quick turnaround
- Perform kit changes and component swaps on Thin Films metals equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Review Statistical Process Control charts and other system indicators for process quality and react to Out of Control conditions including defect troubleshooting
