Experience & Knowledge
- Experience with HR information systems
- Understanding of HR processes and the HR lifecycle
- Experience in HR operations or HR project coordination
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and reports
Skills
- Project management skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Advanced user knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office (experience with AI tools is a plus)
- English language proficiency (minimum B2)

- Provide local support for HR Information Systems (MAPS, Magion, Cominfo/Kronos)
- Manage system configuration, including user roles, access rights, and authorizations

- Resolve day-to-day system issues and operational incidents
- Support optimization and digitalization of HR processes through system solutions
- Participate in implementation of new HR systems, modules, and functionalities
- Perform system testing, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and global HR teams
- Prepare user documentation and train system users
- Support HR reporting and analytics, including data preparation for internal and external reporting
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data protection regulations
- Support audits and maintain security standards for personal data processing
- Coordinate and support HR projects across areas such as compensation & benefits, organizational changes, performance management, onboarding, and HR systems
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
- Support analysis and improvement of HR processes and change management activities
- Ensure consistency of HR solutions across the organization
