•Education
oBS in Engineering Degree (ECE, ME, , CpE, Electro-Mechanical)
•Experience
oAt least 3 years of experience as Probecard Engineer in Semiconductor/Manufacturing Industry.
•Skills and Knowledge Requirement
•Strong experience in Probecard Build, repair and maintenance (cantilever and vertical technologies)
•Proficient in Probecard analysis, troubleshooting and failure diagnostic
•Hands-on experience with probecard alignment, planarity check and needle conditioning
•Skilled in data analysis, and interpretation for yield, contact issues and reliability concerns.
•Ability to support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

ØThis position directly contributes to:
•Downtime reduction through proactive monitoring and faster root cause analysis
•Cost savings by extending probecard life and reducing rebuild frequency
•Yield and quality improvement via early detection and correction of probe-related defects
•Continuous improvement initiatives, including probecard design and optimization and implementation of new technologies.
ØServes as key interface across ATO Sites , Production, Engineering and External vendors ensuring alignment and faster execution of build, repair and improvement activities.
ØCovering multiple platforms, device types, and ongoing improvement projects, Probecard Engineer is responsible to:

•Drive cost reduction and reliability projects
•Prevent recurring hardware related issues
